RETURN POLICY

Please use the form below to initiate a return. 

Returns must be initiated 7 calendar days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. You have 7 days to return your items once your return has been authorized.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Non Returnable Items: Sale items & jewelry are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must return your item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item we will issue a digital Gift Card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your Gift Card.

Defective Items: All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been worn or washed will not be accepted.

Shipping:  You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For Gloucester & Rockport customers, you can drop off your return at the Shai Blu Fulfillment location at 2 Main Street in Gloucester to avoid return shipping charges.
